We’re so excited to create with you! To reserve your session: - Full payment is required at the time of booking. - Your date is not confirmed until payment is received. - Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps and session prep info. - Please arrive prepared with all necessary materials—we want to make the most of your creative time! Flash Sale Policy (Applies to limited-time themed sessions only): - One session per purchase – choose your moment: Prom, Graduation, or Mother’s Day. - Location – Session will take place at your home, campus, or a mutually agreed-upon local location. - Payment is due in full at the time of booking to secure your slot. -No reschedules or refunds available for this flash sale offer. -Studio session is NOT included. -1 outfit per booking. -Session must be booked and completed by May 31, 25. -Arrivals 15+ minutes late will result in the session being forfeited without refund. -Limited slots available – once they’re gone, they’re gone! Cancellation Policy - We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. When you book, our team reserves that time and creative energy just for you. If you need to cancel: - All cancellations result in a full loss of payment. - No-shows or late arrivals (15+ minutes) are considered a cancellation and may lead to being denied future bookings with Minnie Lee Studios. Reschedule Policy We understand life happens, and we’ll do our best to work with you. However, rescheduling affects our ability to serve others and results in lost income. To help offset that, rescheduling fees apply. - You may reschedule once per booking with at least 48 hours' notice. - Your new session must be scheduled within 30 days of the original date, or your payment will be forfeited. - Reschedules with 48+ hours' notice will incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of service price. - Reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice are considered a cancellation and may lead to being denied future bookings with Minnie Lee Studios. (Rescheduling due to an emergency or an act of God (hurricane, earthquake, flood, etc.) has the ability of being rescheduled. This is at the discretion of Minnie Lee Studios.) - Late arrivals (15 minutes or less) may result in a shortened session with no extensions. - Arriving or starting 15+ minutes late is considered a cancellation. No reschedule will be available due to the impact on our service quality and schedule. Waitlist Policy At this time, we do not offer a waitlist option.
